Established in Colorado, REP Fitness was founded in 2012 by two gym-enthusiastic brothers. Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a modest 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. They filled the space with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates to the ceiling in the closet. Their shop wasn't a grand, flashy space, but even in the humble garage, the brothers' goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked into the space. They wanted to revive the art of customer experience and sell high-quality gear they would (and did) use and love themselves.

Our respect for those who provide our freedom and security is what drove our desire to give back. In 2023, we chose to pledge $100,000 to three remarkable charities that support military and first responder families. This allows us to ensure the funds reach those with the greatest need and continue our tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and our community. The three charities we donated to (and encourage you to check out) are: The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
