Regular belt lubrication is essential to keep your treadmills running smoothly and quietly. By reducing friction between the belt and deck, this lube will extend the life of both the belt and the motor. Lubrication also reduces the risk of costly repairs, allowing you to enjoy a safer workout.

To apply the lubricant, lift the treadmill belt on one side and insert the application tube underneath, pushing it as far as possible (about one-third of the belt width). Gently squeeze the bottle while slowly pulling the applicator tube out to leave a consistent stream of lubricant from the center to the outer edge of the belt. Repeat the process on the opposite side to achieve full-width coverage.
